Living in the Flow of the Divine

I live from flow.

I trust that all will be provided.
Led in the dance,
Led in the flow.
I float in the river, enjoying the ride.
The feminine energy knows that all is unfolding completely, supported by all.
The moment has found me.
I listen to the air, I listen to spirit, I listen to the planet.
I am found. I am completely supported.
I ask for support.
I lean in—I lean in and say YES!
All says “Yes” in reply.
When I allow, the universe leans in to direct my flow.
Without resistance, I move effortlessly.
I breathe in and exhale--always connected.
I am led.
In the silence, I open, ask, receive.
And so it is.

My favorite song by Nadine Risha is "Sacred Stones". I listen to her chant while I meditate. It takes me to another place in time where there is no-thing but the present moment.  To listen to her music, see the link below.  Dear Nadine, shine your light beautiful goddess.

Here is an amazing video of dancers expressing their creativity to her music.

The Golden Empress

The Golden Empress

The Golden Empress by Miraclecatcher  Copyright 2011 Miraclecatcher Enterprises

The Empress is the feminine force made manifest in human form. She is charismatic, fertile, powerful, regal, beautiful, wise, warm, expressive, and creative. She leads by example and shines a bright light to free us from any darkness. This Golden Goddess asks us to recognize and embrace our own self-worth.

Questions to ask yourself:

1. Are you making quality time for yourself and the things you love to do?
2. Are you being paid what you are worth?
3. Are you surrounding yourself with people who value and appreciate you?
4. Do you treat yourself well, e.g., speak to yourself in a loving voice?
5. Are you expressing your true wants and needs to others?

Ways To Create Great Communication

I really enjoyed this article about communication. I use some of these phrases, but could always use them more.  Practicing every day. It all seems to be about connecting on a more intimate level, getting to know who people really are and what they are up to. Let me know what you think.

Manifesting Your Dream Life

Frequently I hear people say what they want, and then they give me reasons why it is not possible. So I would like to share with you how I manifest things in my life:

  1. Everything is possible. Start from that premise.
  2. Make a wish list. Be specific: where, when, what, how much, location, it’s all in the details.
  3. Ask, Ask, Ask. The worst thing that someone might say is  no. So ask someone else.
  4. Make a collage with pictures of your wish list on a vision board where you see it every day.
  5. Become better at receiving. Even small things, say YES and thank you. Let it in.
  6. Study the masters. Look at people who have what you want and learn from them.
  7. Don’t give up too soon. Some things manifest very quickly, and others take time.
  8. Believe that you actually have power over your own life. Victimhood keeps you stuck.
  9. Trust that somewhere there is a force supporting you behind the scenes.
  10. Let it go. Be happy. The fastest way to manifest is not to worry about the outcome.

I believe in the oneness of spirit.

We are all connected.
I see miracles everywhere,
in a sunrise, in a smile, in a simple act of kindness.
It does not matter where or how we connect to spirit,
He/She/It is always listening.

What Is A Miracle

What Is A Miracle

What Is A Miracle by Miraclecatcher on Polyvore.com

From one of my favorite books, A Return to Love by Marianne Williamson.

I look to this book every time I feel confused about what the best path is. Taken from a Course in Miracles, love is always the answer. There is no power outside of me. All answers lie within. I sink in, ask spirit, and the answer always comes.

Artist Spotlight--Ann Bilott

I had the pleasure of meeting Ann recently and hearing some of her beautiful poems. Together we laughed, connected, and shared our experience of love and loss. Through writing, Ann was able to work through the grief of losing of her husband and mother, and restore her sense of hope. Here below is one of her love poems. It gives me great joy to showcase her work which illustrates so clearly how creativity heals us and rejuvenates us. Thank you Ann for your wisdom, light and courage.

Love Poem

You just seeped into me

Unexpectedly

And all I want is more.

I want you with a love

So wild and strong and inviting

That I can barely breathe.

You bring back the live wire sizzle

To my blood

And shoot sparks through me.

You make my world stop.

When I look into your eyes the whole

World around me goes quiet,

I’m at peace in your presence, yet

You send jolts of excitement

Through my system.

About the Artist:

Ann is a retired teacher and widow. She recently published a book of her poems called Love, Grief, Hope: One Woman's Journey Through Life. She says "writing  poetry is like breathing to me, it has become a way for me to put my experiences and feelings in perspective, to discover myself, to create a new me!" Through finding her voice, Ann has been able to speak her truth.

May her story uplift you and inspire you.

Questions For Humanity

Today, I am listening to Neale Donald Walsch and he asks these fascinating questions:

1. Who Am I?

2. Why Am I Here on the Planet?

3. Why Am I Where I Am Now?

I invite all of us to all answer these questions for ourselves. It leads to an interesting conversation.

I will share my answers:

1. I am a being of light. I am energy. More than any label, I am connected to all beings around me.
2. I am here to contribute to the evolution of humanity. I am here to evolve my soul. I am here to learn/teach.
3. I am in the process of transformation. Every day, I release the burdens of a small mind--the worry, the disconnection, the lack. As I release, I rise higher. I am lighter, freer, more peaceful and connected. I honor the process; as I learn, I share with others.

What are your answers? I would love to hear them. Please share below.

To listen to Neale Donald Walsch and other healers, go to http://www.healingwiththemasters.com or  Amazon.com

I love this quote by NDW "out of your mind, and into your soul." He asks us to get into our bodies and listen.

What colors attract you in your life right now? What do you want more of in your life?

You can use colors to heal and/or stimulate a specific chakra. For example, if you have a sore throat, here are some questions to ask yourself:

-Do I have any anger that I have not expressed?
-Am I going through a change or transition?
-Do I feel safe to say what I want to say?

This week my affirmations to cure a sore throat are:

-It is safe to express myself.
-I am changing. All is well.

I Transform

I Transform

I Transform by miraclecatcher on Polyvore.com

I learned about this new software from Heather Blaise. Now I am like a child in a candy store playing with it. For me, butterflies are the symbol of transformation, they go into a dark still space to emerge with wings to fly. As I spread my wings, I am braver, stronger, lighter. Will you spread your wings with me?

Artist Spotlight--Heather Blaise

This week I am delighted to spotlight my beautiful and talented friend Heather Blaise. She is an inspiration in her creativity, beauty, and philanthropy. She has supported the Miraclecatcher Foundation and me in so many ways, I am truly grateful to have her in my life. Here I have chosen two of my favorite pieces.

I love the deep rich colors, the goddess, the dreaminess and transformation...

About the Artist: Heather Blaise
Heather has been an artist since she could hold a crayon. Her mom would give her a napkin and a pen from her purse to keep her occupied for hours in restaurants. Her favorite is to paint portraits of women, but she's up for anything creative including surreal fantasy, realistic street scenes, and contemporary. She paints, writes, makes jewelry, and uses mediums from crayons, pastels, paint and pencil to old make up and nail polish on canvas and wood. She's experimenting with digital collages right now because of her travels and is looking forward to sculpting and pottery classes this summer.

You can see more of her work at: http://freetobemoi.blogspot.com/ or heatherblaise.com
