Stillness

As I flow toward the desert
and dance in the Vortex,
My heart and mind are still.

There is nowhere to go but here.
There is nothing to get but now.
There is no one to be but me.

Integration

I integrate all parts of myself:
the past, the present, the future,
the darkess, the light, the hidden.
Through this process, I operate from
100% Authentic Power.
I use this power for good.

Completion

Every day I complete the circle.
I release the past.
I let go of the things that no longer serve me.
I forgive and make room in my heart and mind.
I am light and free.
