Saturn will force us to deal with our own dark side, whether we like it or not. This is actually a good thing (breathe). Why?? Because it is calling out all of our false beliefs. All the things we have been carrying around since we were young that are NOT actually the truth. Here are some examples of false beliefs that many people carry: I am not enough, I feel all alone, there is a lack of _______ in my life, life is hard... you get the idea. Saturn will stay in Scorpio through 2014. My take on it is, well if it going to happen, bring it ON! Open up the portals, air out the closets, and tear the Band-Aid off!!

Who are you committed to?
Word for the month: COMMITMENT
Feminine energy is about love, nurturing, healing, and encouraging. But we need to be clear on who we give our BEST self to. If we give and give and give, then we will have nothing left for the most important people in our lives. This is why boundaries are important. Commitment means actively choosing what is important and what is not. The universe is an abundant cornucopia of opportunities, so sorting is imperative. Every queen has a kingdom. Who lives in yours?? Give your best to them.

Ask the TAROT
I have been studying symbolism and language for 30 years. It is amazing how when we ask a question the answer always appears. What the Tarot has taught me over the years is how to ask the best question for the clearest answer. Once you get used to seeing answers in symbols, you begin to see the symbols speaking to you all around, in the air, dreams, water, etc. The world is a reflection of our minds, so the universe will keep showing us the answer until we get it.

I have been using crystals for many years as a way to attract more abundance and create optimal health. Each crystal is associated with a different chakra in the body and a specific healing quality. Here are some of the crystals I use:
Amber: I call this the YES stone! It is connected to the 3rd Chakra of Personal Power and the 2nd Chakra of Sexuality and Charisma because of its golden yellow/orange color. When you need to embrace and express your own power wear amber. Amber is made from the sap of trees. It has the healing property of absorbing negativity and releasing it from your body.
Larimar: This stone, primarily from the Dominican Republic, gets part of its name "mar" from the ocean where it is created. A light blue stone, used by healers and spiritualists, it balances and heals the Throat Chakra. Wear this stone to speak with love and express your voice without fear.
Amethyst: This stone is purple in color and associated with the Third Eye and Crown Chakras. It brings out your deep intuitive powers and helps you connect to universal spirit to see the truth.

Goodbye
Greetings Goddesses:
Today I want to write about goodbyes.
Yesterday, the world lost a beautiful QUEEN. Her name was Mary. She was a beloved friend, wife, and mother. When I found out that Mary had made her transition, I was shocked because she had been sick for several months and I never knew. She was always elegant, gracious, and beaming with light.
So my post today is about saying goodbye. I know that Mary is in a beautiful place and she is at peace with God. It is we, who are left behind, who feel the pain. Now she feels only bliss. We grieve our loss. And each loss reminds us of other times we have said goodbye. So we cry, then we smile, then we cry some more.
I want to say thank you Mary. Thank you for your light, your grace, your presence. By saying goodbye to you and releasing my sorrow, my heart grows bigger. My heart cracks open wide for more light, more love, and more forgiveness. Life is too short to hold on to things I cannot control.
You remind me to get on with my life's purpose. I came here to shine. I came here to give light; and most profoundly, I came here to love and BE loved. Thank you for reminding me. I needed a reminder. I was stuck in limbo, and now I am moving ever upward.
I hear you my friend, loud and clear. You are here always in our hearts.

May Forecast
MAY 2013
This is a very powerful month and you would be wise to use it well. The theme of manifesting brings up many areas to work on. There is plenty of material around this theme for growth, change, elimination, study, breakthrough, expansion, balance and alignment. It continues to be a creative time with lots of opportunities for beginnings and endings but the main focus that will give you the most for your efforts is the study and understanding of what MANIFESTING is all about. So treat this month as a daily workshop on manifesting and set an intention that you will end this month with a greater understanding and ability to manifest. Insert the intention for magic and miracles whenever possible as this is a good month for both magic and miracles.
This will require exploring your current beliefs about how everything in your life becomes manifest and understanding it in such a way that you become empowered with the ability to be more conscious about how you manifest your life. This understanding is crucial at this time as we are in the window of eclipses (there are two this month and there was one in April) providing us with great power and opportunity and offering us a portal for changing what we believe about our ability to have what we want.
In recent years there has been much study and a greater understanding of the quantum field, the energy that holds all possibilities, and how to access it to change certain trajectories and cycles that seem to run our lives.
