Summer Health Challenge


Let's take the Summer Health Challenge together!!
Eat 10 or more fruits and vegetables per day. Your liver will smile....
I vow to dance/do yoga at least 2-3x per week all summer. What about you?
Which foods and sports make your heart sing?
