Today, I have been reading this book Radical Forgiveness by Colin Tipping. I heard about it last year, but synchronistically I found it at the library yesterday--perfect timing!!
When I opened the book, I was thinking "Who do I need to forgive?" I am not angry.
But I looked deeper and asked myself, "Is there anyone I am judging or avoiding?" And the answer was YES.
So I did the 21 step worksheet.
And I can verify that it is a POWERFUL experience.

At the end of the exercise, I felt great emotion--tears of love and tears of forgiveness. I could feel in my body that even if I didn't know it, there was still pain, anger, fear from the past that I released from my cells. Through this work, I feel more self-love and am even more aware of the patterns that are swirling around me every day asking me to SEE. Gratefully, I am also able to send and feel more love to those whom I had been judging as wrong. I see them as my teachers. They show me where I judge, where I avoid, and where I withhold love.
I am thankful for Colin Tipping, this book, and the universe for providing me with more guidance and more opportunities to deepen my love for self and others.
Here are the links to Colin's books. I encourage everyone to consider this thought:
If we are withholding love from anyone, it is only blocking the flow back to ourselves. MM
Try it on. See if it fits.
Have a blessed day! MM
Oh, yes, I love his books. I tried out his exercises as part of a class a few years ago. Good to return to that exercise occasionally. Like handling onions, we have layers that sometimes release with tears. :-)
